Returnee Care
There are a number of groups that are working on returnee care and follow up. Our favorite is JCFN (Japanese Christian Fellowship Network).

The article is called “Returning to Japan.” Lonnie Dufty, a missionary in Japan, gave a paper, entitled “The Returnee in Japanese Society” for the 2000 Hayama Missionary Seminar that may be of interest to you.
Katsuhiko (Ken) Seino, pastor of the Tsuchiura Megumi Church in Japan, shared this paper at our 2005 RJC Conference, “Challenge Ahead for Returnees” (recorded lecture in our audio files).
